1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AlphaDesk, the AlphaTrader system, or any associated Telegram bot or service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Not Financial Advice

AlphaDesk is an information and technology platform. Nothing on this platform, including but not limited to signals, performance statistics, trade data, commentary, or automated trading activity, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice.

You should not make any financial or investment decision based solely on information provided by this Service. Always conduct your own independent research and, where appropriate, consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, that use of the Service will result in profits or that losses will not occur. Performance results shown on the platform — including win rates, return figures, backtested results, and live statistics — are presented for informational purposes only and do not constitute a promise or projection of future performance.

• Past performance does not guarantee or predict future results.
• Backtested results are hypothetical and do not reflect actual trading outcomes.
• Live signal results may differ materially from individual user outcomes due to execution timing, slippage, fees, and market conditions.
• Automated trading via AlphaTrader operates on your account at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability — No Liability for Losses or Gains

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaDesk, its operators, owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses incurred following or acting upon any signal delivered via the Service or Telegram.
• Losses or missed gains resulting from automated trading via AlphaTrader.
• Loss of capital, profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Errors, delays, interruptions, or inaccuracies in signal delivery.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Actions or inactions of third-party exchanges, brokers, or platforms.

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. AlphaDesk expressly disclaims all liability for trading outcomes. No warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement is made.

5. AlphaTrader Autonomous Trading

AlphaTrader is an automated trading system that executes trades on connected accounts (such as HyperLiquid) on your behalf, based on algorithmically generated signals. By connecting your account and enabling AlphaTrader:

• You accept full and sole responsibility for all trades executed on your account.
• You acknowledge that automated systems can malfunction, produce incorrect output, or execute trades during adverse market conditions.
• You understand that slippage, partial fills, and connectivity failures may affect outcomes.
• AlphaDesk accepts no responsibility for any financial outcome — positive or negative — resulting from AlphaTrader activity.

Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription fees are charged in USDT (Tether) via cryptocurrency payment to designated wallet addresses. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

• Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.
• Access codes may not be shared, resold, or distributed.
• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access at any time if these Terms are violated.
• Pricing and plans may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

7. Trial Period

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to the dashboard and live signal data. No payment information is required during the trial. The trial is intended to allow evaluation of the Service and does not constitute an endorsement that the Service is suitable for your trading objectives.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense signals or data to third parties.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the platform.
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, subscription verification, or security measures.

9. Eligibility & Regulatory Compliance

The Service is not available to persons in jurisdictions where the receipt of trading signals or use of automated trading systems is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction and to comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and tax obligations.

By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.

10. Privacy & Data

We collect email addresses and Telegram identifiers for the purpose of account management and signal delivery. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established.
